Chain Saw Grass EDGER/TRENCHER Mantis Tiller 1979 MGB project roadster.........

I have a few items for barter> NEW Poulan 16" Gas chainsaw Used once, sat for a year to see if the maple tree sprouted new branches and nope, it didn't. Beautiful saw and very nice runner.

A very nice and fairly new ( looks brand new) Electric heavy duty lawn EDGER (not weed eater trimmer) Black and Decker Edge Hog edger/trencher. The inlaws just bought it and shortly after, hired a new lawn service to take care of their lawn and they gave it to me.

I have a well used Mantis Tiller and it still runs like the day I bought it. I used it for a garden and for trenching for my sprinkler system. These things are bullet proof runners! I believe I paid $200 for it in 1999.

Want a project roadster? IF you are like me, you can accept a project car and move forward on it without much thought. It is a 1997 MGB rubber bumper car in the middle of a conversion to a 1962 to 1968. Needs vinyl top skin and interior vinyl panels. You can buy the vinyl/leather of your choice and cut pressed sheet board to the shape and cover with your material and put in place. I have a pair of Miata buckets for it but really thing the car would look good with fiberglass low back seats to look more the older era. I have a beautiful set of (NEW) wheels w/tires> Aluminum w/ new lugnuts. Engine runs great, needs a new battery. Want to hear it run? Bring a battery. I paid $800 for the wheels/tires....$1500 originally for the 79 MGB.......$900 for new TRIM, Front and rear , park and tail light kits, chrome parts, etc. $450 into the new bonnet/hood. The car is in primer as I am currently working on it in case nobody wants the project. Runs and drives great! Nice doors, motorized trunk lid lifter installed, too much to talk about here. It is titled and insured as we speak.

Police scanners ( mobile/bace) and a Handheld( also race trac ready 100 channel w/ auto search etc) I have 5 mobiles. All work great> Handheld is like new w/ original box.

Looking for revolvers etc., electronics, etc. , long rifles, tower speakers/sterio amps, Sterio mixers, guitars/amps, cool items. Party lights and the likes. I like projects also. Alot I didn't mention, Got something? Just ask. I am open to all offers. Very flexible. Thanks for looking. Scott

HEY! How's about a RARE Harley Davidson Chopper bicycle????? I only found one other on Ebay from California in very sad shape. This is one cool bike that even taller kids can ride. I have ridden it with no problems.

Sorry, nothing so far trumps my Junk and qualifies for trading precious space in my treasure collection.
The Mantis is tempting but I'll continue doing it manually for now.

Mantis for CHRISTMAS LIGHTS??????? Did I hear you correctly? :thumb: YES, the manual is like new. My stuff is very well taken care of as you can see. I bought that Mantis from Daytona Beach John Deere in the spring of 1998 just before my cycle accident because I remember picking it up along with a large steel lawn roller( you fill with water) and a large fertilizer spreader , with the company truck that I drove when I was a truck driver, not 1999 as original post stated. Still runs like new. and yes, they, everyone, still sells them to this day and they have not changed one bit. They have many optional attachments for these 'ass kickers'. And yes, I put it through the tests and it kicked my ass everytime. Just replaced the primer bulb. I probably have 10 solid hours on it. Haven't used it since 2001, but fired it up every once in a while and changed the fuel. I think they sound like the snow blowers I used up north in my days. Shall I say more?

IF 'Root' would allow it, yes. I would let you take it for $20. You are more than welcome to test it. You won't be disappointed.

The lights alone will be just fine. IF you wait too long, it will be 200 degrees up there before you know it. I was stuck in a tight area in my attic once and luckily it wasn't the hottest day, but, I was sweating and I didn't panic. I just slowing unstuck myself from between that spider web of a board system above the waiting area at/above the front door attic area cubby hole. Yeh, I was in the attic part installing a light motion sensor to go above my ouside door and I was feeding the electrical wires while in the attic. I have been in and out of my attic and in the whole area so much it is pathetic. I ran extra telephone lines to all rooms, my outside camera cables, ceiling fan wiring, Ethernet wiring, wholehouse fan install, etc. etc. I don't want to go into my attice any further than I have to. It can be a sweat box. I would like to run one more ethernet cable for old time sake though LOL
