Do you think this is ethical?????

Is it ethical for a realtor to keep lowering the listing price without informing the seller or getting their permission?

Ethical?? I'm thinking it's illegal. Of course it's all in the fine print the seller signed with the realtor.

Yeah, does not say anything about her just being able to lower the price whenever she feels like it. She said she told us the price might need to be adjusted. We said we understood that but never said go ahead and lower and lower it again and again whenever you feel like it and not tell us or ask us. I do not think she expected us to find out and by the texts we are now getting and the many e-mails she is trying to cover her ass.

Doesn't mean you have to sell it at the price the realtor set.... Don't sign the binder or contract if you are not happy with the price.

Speak to another realtor or the realty board if you are not happy
