For most wine it takes about 30 days to finish fermenting. The Strawberry Wine we will be making in class will take at least an additional 2-3 months to clear before bottling.

I haven't been to your SA store yet, but I am sure glad its here, Going all the way over to the west side Jax store was a PITA and cost me plenty of batches that were never made because I procrastinated about going. Welcome to Crackercoast

Thanks for joining us and your timing couldn't have been better as our fruit trees are, ( at the moment>mine> Loquats) in full swing and our topic as of late has been about making wine as posted by Root and now yours, Beer Brewing! Again, Thank-You and we look forward to learning a great deal of info on wine making. ;)

yep and we are going to follow up on this with a mortal size batch and review a few mistakes made in that one.

Yeah , You best order some more because we will be by today to pick up those 9, but when we racked it off last week it was already approaching 12-14% we will be looking for some clarifying agent and yeast nutrients so we can push it to the Max I think that Yeast is capable of 20%
